Leading the field is No. 1 seed Tyler Currie, one of the top-ranked dunkers in the world and creator of the iconic “Ghost Dunk.” Looking to spoil his title hopes are veteran Jonathan Clark, still pursuing the biggest championship of his career, Brazil’s No. 1 dunker Gustavo Haakin, power dunk specialist Mason Baker, Avante Nichols, whose seemingly endless bag of tricks makes him one of the sport’s most unpredictable competitors, and Dillan McCarthy, owner of the world’s highest recorded vertical leap at 52 inches. With the Group Stage winner earning an automatic berth into the Dunkman World Championship, another championship contender will emerge as the road to the title continues.
